1. The service

Apply Turkey provides an online platform where prospective students can discover universities and courses in Türkiye, submit applications, upload supporting documents and track application progress. Registered agents may manage applications on behalf of students.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the platform.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
  • One person may not hold multiple student accounts; agents register a single agency account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, forged or misleading documents or information.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to access accounts, documents or areas of the platform you are not authorized for.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

5. Applications and admissions

  • Apply Turkey facilitates applications; admission decisions are made solely by the universities.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, or a visa.
  • Universities may charge their own application fees, shown on the course page where applicable.

6. Agents

  • Agent accounts are subject to review and approval before activation.
  • Agents must act in their students' best interests, obtain student consent before submitting applications, and keep student data confidential.
  • We may suspend or terminate agent accounts that misuse the platform.

7. Intellectual property

University logos, photos and program descriptions are provided for informational purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. The Apply Turkey platform design and content are protected as applicable by law.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including admission decisions made by universities or visa outcomes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
